We need your best, favorite, yummo' recipes for the first ever...

The 2008 Elf Foundation Recipe Book

Please join us for an incredible industry romp through the gastronomic heart of Consumer Electronics and enter your favorite, original recipes in what promises to be a yummy expression of hi-tech foodocracy adn a nifty fundraiser to boot!

Details:

1. Enter as many original recipes as you want - we'll pick the best ones to include in the book. Remember, we'll only use one of the barbeque rib recipes out of the 1,000 we get - so come up with something unique. And make sure it tastes good! And have fun!
2. Choose from one of these exciting categories: Cocktail, Appetizer, Salad, Soup, Entrée and Dessert.
3. Come up with a nifty recipe title, like Bonnie's Poo Pie or Kari's Kondi Rice (see how fun this is?)
4. Tell us briefly the back story of your dish - "This recipe has been in our family for XX years ..." or something interesting that we might want to include to spice up the entry.
5. Provide a complete list of ingredients and easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions. If you're not clear on this - pull out a cookbook and see how the pro's do it.
6. Include any side-bar info to expound on difficult processes or exactly where to find eye-of-newt.
