World Wide Stereo Completes Room of Magic in Philadelphia

December 15, 2007 -

On a magical afternoon in December, a very special Room of Magic theater opened in the new Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia. Through the generosity of Bob Cole and his crew at World Wide Stereo, partnering with Runco International, Stewart Filmscreen, RPC Acoustics, Furman Sound, XBox 360, ELAN, Salamander, Sunfire, Klipsch Audio, Monster Cable and Onkyo, this special theater will serve the families and kids at one of the largest Ronald McDonald House facilities in the country.

"We're so proud to have been able to lend a helping hand and partner with the Elf Foundation and a great group of generous companies to bring some magic to this new Ronald McDonald House," said Bob Cole, President of World Wide Stereo. "Our company has been active in the community over the years in giving back to the less fortunate, and this project is another example of how important we believe it is to continue the spirit of giving that World Wide Stereo historically has done."

This Room of Magic theater marks the 68th theater to open for the Elf Foundation, since their inception in July of 2001.

"Bob Cole is one of the most generous individuals in our industry and we jumped at the chance to partner with him on this project," said Doug Weinstein from Elf Foundation. "The theater space is highlighted by the incredible RPG acoustical treatment that was donated, lending a superior audio performance to the space which we know the kids are going to really enjoy."
