Sam Runco issues $5,000 matching funds challenge

During the Elf Foundation cocktail reception during the CEDIA Expo trade show and convention, long-time Elf sponsor Sam Runco and his equally supportive better-half, Lori, pledged $5,000 to the Elf Foundation Room of Magic theater program in the form of a matching pledge. Before the reception was over, contributors had covered $1,000 of that matching pledge.

Those interested in stepping up to the challenge should contact Doug Weinstein asap, via the home office.

"Sam is always coming up with new ideas and fund raising challenges in order to keep people involved and inspired about Elf's long term mission to reach every hospitalized child in North America," said Elf founder Doug Weinstein. "He has been, and remains, a vital key to our success."
